Mother's Day Gift Ideas

If you're looking for mother's day cards and locally handmade gift ideas, we have plenty to offer. We are conscious that many people are working with limited budgets at the moment, so have many gifts for under £10.

How about a candle or some luxurious soap? We have some gorgeous Devon handmade candles and diffusers by Kilimanjaro Candles . Plus a range of hand poured candles in tins. New this year, The Clovelly Soap Company soaps produce lots of lovely white soft bubbles. They are also handmade in Devon.

Does your mum like jewellery? Our silver earrings and pendants are very popular as are our locally made Jubes Originals brooches and Sophie May jewellery. We have some beautiful contemporary gifting jewellery by Devon based Coral & Mint. Also a recently refreshed range of semi-precious and freshwater pearl bracelets by local jewellery maker Claire Moses.

Angela Wallwork Ceramics would make lovely gifts, her bee dishes are great favourites. How about some beautifully hand crafted stained glass from Devon Glass Studio or Lymelight Glass Studio? Pam Peters fused glass is also proving very popular. It includes glass token hangings for only £7.50.

If you'd prefer to gift an experience, you could book an art or craft class at our Seaton workshop for your mum or grandma. Not sure which workshop they'd like best? We also sell £5 and £10 gift vouchers. I'm sure they'd love it even more if you made it a mother and daughter / son event.
