As the year draws to a close it is a time for reflection and learning new skills to enrich our lives. Our in-depth programme of art and wellbeing activities will provide a refreshing break and enable you to take the first steps of a new journey into the year ahead.
In this course we will spend time reflecting on the activities we carry out in our daily lives and think about how we can promote our own health and wellbeing in our daily lives.
The Price Includes: All art and session materials, Friday evening welcome gathering – to include welcome drinks and nibbles, tea break refreshments on Saturday and Sunday in the studio.
Not included: Weekend accommodation, breakfasts, lunches, dinners and travel to Beer
