Leader: Sue Jones of Lymelight Glass Studio
Duration: 10am to 4pm
Venue: Coastal Craft Collective, 10 Marine Place, Seaton, Devon, EX12 2QL
If you have taken part in Sue's Stained Glass Beginners class or have other previous stained glass making experience using the copper foiling method and would like to continue to improve your skills this is the stained glass course for you.
On this one day workshop you will learn how to cut more complex shaped pieces of glass as well as improving your glass cutting and soldering techniques. You will be able to choose from a wide range of templates to make a beautiful stained glass suncatcher that you can treasure forever. The pictures show some examples of pieces that people have made on past workshops.
This course demands dexterity and strength in your hands.
There will be a lunch break. Lunch is not provided. We have a fridge, microwave and kettle. You are welcome to bring your own food or visit one of the great cafes or takeaways in Seaton.
Sue is happy to run her classes with 2 or more people. If we only get one booking, we'll cancel the session. We will offer the person who has booked a place on an alternative day or a full refund, whichever they prefer.
As well as stained glass courses, Sue leads our Sea Glass Jewellery classes.
